Cancellation Policy

Thank you for your interest in our luxury car detailing services. Our booking policy requires a 50% deposit to be made via Zelle or Apple Pay to secure your appointment. Please note that if you cancel your booking, the full deposit will be forfeited. Additionally, if we arrive for the detailing service and you did not cancel in advance, a 20% final payment based on your total bill will be required. Failure to pay that may result in the termination of our future services to you. If you arrive late to your appointment, we offer a 10-minute grace period. After that, a $25 late fee will be added to your final bill. After 25 minutes has passed your booking will be canceled, and your deposit will be forfeited. In the rare event that we need to cancel your appointment, your next detailing service will be complimentary. If we're running late, we also provide our staff a 10-minute grace period beyond that, we'll discount your wash price by 20%. We appreciate your understanding.
